課程概述

本課程以醫院管理為主體，介紹健康服務機構基本的管理知識。
This course uses hospital management as the basis to introduce fundamental management knowledge about health care organizations.

課程目標

本課程與其目標為使學生熟悉健康服務機構管理之基本知識與技能，帶領學生認識健康服務機構之組織與職掌，透過管理實務，讓學生瞭解當前健康服務機構重要課題與對策。 (FD71)
The goals of this course are to familiarize students with the fundamental knowledge and skills in terms of health care organization management, to know the organizational structure and responsibilities, and to know the important issues and strategies that health care organizations are facing. (FD71)

課程要求

學生需要準時到教室，參與課堂討論、期中報告與期末報告
Students are expected to be on time for the class, participate in class discussions, deliver a midterm report, and deliver a final report.
